Sound Healing is a type of alternative therapy that uses music, vibrations, and sound frequencies to help restore physical and emotional health. This ancient wellness practice promotes healing, relaxation, and self-care. 

A session involves sitting or lying down in a comfortable setting, closing your eyes, and focusing on sounds made by musical instruments such as sounds bowls, chimes, gongs, rain sticks, ocean drums, and more.

This first session will include a set of 7 chakra crystal bowls.  Crystal bowls are a therapeutic practice that uses powerful resonance and vibrations. Made from pure quartz crystal, the beautiful tones emitted may help release muscle tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of harmony from within.
