In this Reiki Level I Certification Class, participants will learn: What Reiki is, History of Reiki, Benefits of Reiki, Levels of Reiki, Types of Reiki, Reiki Principles, Pillars of Reiki, 7 Main Chakras, Reiki Meditation, 21 day clearing process.

Water, snacks, and light lunch provided. Participants will also receive a Reiki journal to document their spiritual journey.
