Please join Inner Dimensions Wellness, LLC. 9th Street Wellness Center East, 2330 Meadow Park Drive / Allouez Ave., Green Bay, WI for an in-person guided meditation using the 3 deep breathes and catch phrase technique to relax and reduce stress.

Learn how to better handle change and banish negative thoughts when they occur. Class participants will receive a disposable steam eye mask and a small gift bag that includes a de-stress activity, guided script and dried lavender pouch with lavender lemonade recipe.

Yoga mats and light blankets available, but feel free to bring your own and a pillow if that will make you more comfortable. Session is limited to 10 participants to allow room for relaxation and comfort.
