Meditation

Meditation is defined as a technique or practice of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts in order to achieve mental clarity and an emotionally calm and stable state. It’s a great method of reducing stress and anxiety to bring peace into your life for balance and healing.

While some people can achieve this on their own, others find it difficult to concentrate. That's where guided meditation can help. Guided meditation is simply "meditation with the help of a guide". It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes.

As a Certified Meditation Teacher, I offer guided meditation sessions in-person locally and virtually to help you on your journey to find inner peace. Sessions can be private or with a group depending on your comfort level.  

 

  • In-Person Group: Group meditation sessions offered at the below local business. Please see the 'sessions' tab each month for dates, times, and topics.

    • De Pere Community Center

    • Runic Apothecary

    • Village of Suamico

 

  • In-Person Group Home: Group meditation sessions offered locally for those who prefer the comfort of their own home surrounded by those they know.  4 person minimum/10 person maximum.

  • In-Person Private Coaching: If you are interested in private meditation coaching sessions, please contact me to discuss further.

  • Virtual Group and Coaching: If you are not in the area locally, we can complete your guided meditation session virtually in the comfort of your own home.  This can be done individually or with a group.
