Inner Dimensions Wellness is excited to team up with Bodywork Solutions in Hobart, WI to offer Group Meditation Classes at their facility beginning in August. Classes will be held on the third Thursday of the month from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. There will be a different focus or theme for each month's class. On those Thursdays, I will also be available for personal Reiki sessions from 10:00am-3:00pm.
Meditation is defined as a technique or practice of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts in order to achieve mental clarity and an emotionally calm and stable state. It’s a great method of reducing stress and anxiety to bring peace into your life for balance and healing.
While some people can achieve this on their own, others find it difficult to concentrate. That's where guided meditation can help. Guided meditation is simply "meditation with the help of a guide". It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes.
As a Certified Meditation Teacher, Inner Dimensions Wellness offers guided meditation sessions virtually and in-person locally to help you on your journey to find inner peace. In-Person Group: Group meditation sessions offered around the area at local business. Please see class page for upcoming places, dates and times.
In-Person Home Gatherings: Group meditation sessions offered locally for those who prefer the comfort of their own home surrounded by those they know. 4 person minimum/10 person maximum.
In-Person Private Coaching: If you are interested in private meditation coaching sessions, please contact me to discuss further.
Virtual Private and Group: If you are not in the area locally, we can complete your guided meditation session virtually in the comfort of your own home. This can be done individually or with a group.
There are a wide range of guided meditation types and topics such as chakra, gratitude, inner-child, manifestation, mindfulness, and self-love just to name a few. As a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Inner Dimensions Wellness offers low impact fitness programs for clients 40 and over, looking to become or stay active and improve their overall physical health. Exercises include a combination of low impact HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and Qigong.
Low Impact HIIT: A great workout in less time than a steady-state training session that reduces injury and is gentler on the joints and bones.
Pilates: Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Yoga: An ancient practice that brings together mind and body. Incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
Qigong: A mind-body exercise form that uses meditation, breathing, and movement to increase energy and enable the body to heal itself.
Upon a free initial consultation and completed health forms, together we assess your current fitness level to develop a starting program. Using mostly standard equipment that people have or can easily be purchased for a reasonable cost, we move through beginner, intermediate and advanced programs to provide a wide range of exercises for you to choose from on your own.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin and is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is a subtle and effective form of energy transfer using spiritually guided life force energy to promote healing through palms of hands at Chakra points and Meridians. This helps restore physical, mental and emotional well-being for others and ourselves.
The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion nor is it a massage.
Reiki is guided by the Higher Intelligence and utilizes the powers of the universal life force energy that surrounds us in our lives. It is able to transcend both time and space meaning it can be performed in-person and virtually.
A session is around 60 minutes long and a discussion takes place at the beginning of every session. This is done to allow a client the opportunity to ask questions, discuss any problems or issues and what they are hoping to achieve from session. I also provide an overview on what to expect emotionally, spiritually and physically. During a session, clients rest fully clothed and comfortably in a chair or on a massage table with shoes and jewelry removed. Based on client's preference, a session can either be light touch hands-on or hands-off held slightly above body.
Please remember, there is no one Reiki style or system that is better than the other. As a spiritually guided healing energy, Reiki will always provide the recipient with what is needed in accordance with the Highest Good.
