Reiki
Energy Healing
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin and is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is a subtle and effective form of energy transfer using spiritually guided life force energy to promote healing. Myself, as the practitioner, is merely a conduit for the Reiki energy that helps restore a participant's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person, including mind, body, and spirit, promoting beneficial effects that may include feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.

Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion nor is it a massage. As a spiritually guided healing energy, Reiki will always provide the recipient with what is needed in accordance with the Highest Good. A session is typically around 60 minutes and a brief discussion takes place at the beginning of every session, allowing discussion time between client and practitioner. During a session, clients rest fully clothed and comfortably in a chair or on a massage table with shoes and jewelry removed. Based on client's preference, a session can either be light touch hands-on or hands-off held slightly above body.

Sessions are $65 for a 60 minute full session and are offered in-person and virtually. Clients may also request a 30 minute mini Reiki session for $35. I have a home office located on the west side of Green Bay where sessions are done, however, I do have a cat. For those allergic to cats, I do practice at a local business when there is availability.
