Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and focus on positive changes, making room for new growth, and accepting the way your life is moving forward with balance and resilience.
Price is $21 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
