About the event

Please join me at InSpirit Wellness, 126 Pine Street, Suite 101, Green Bay, WI for an in-person guided meditation to bring compassion and awareness to your whole body.

Learn how to be more kind, loving and respectful of your body through meditation and bringing awareness to your thoughts and emotions while giving your whole body a much needed, self-compassion break.

When we have self-compassion, we have an objective awareness of our own emotions, judgements, tragedies and suffering and what we can do to ensure our well-being. We learn to identify ways of forgiving ourselves, releasing negative energy and call upon loving energy for healing.

Self-compassion is about taking care of ourselves, our health and indulging in things that are good for us mentally, emotionally, and physically. People who practice this tend to have a better outlook on life. They know they are taking good care of themselves, so they’re happier, and feel better about themselves.

Class participants will receive a disposable steam eye mask and a small gift bag that includes a guided 1-page meditation script and mindful message card.

Yoga mats and blankets available for use but please feel free to bring your own and a pillow for comfort.

Session is limited to 6 participants to allow for relaxation and comfort.
