About the event
Please join me at the Howard Village Hall upstairs Activity Room for an in-person guided meditation to bring compassion and awareness to your whole body.
Learn how to be more kind, loving and respectful of your body through meditation and bringing awareness to your thoughts and emotions while giving your whole body a much needed, self-compassion break.
Self-compassion is about taking care of ourselves, our health and indulging in things that are good for us mentally, emotionally, and physically. When we have self-compassion, we learn to identify ways to forgive ourselves, release negative energy and call upon loving energy for healing.
Class participants will receive a disposable warming eye mask and small gift bag that includes a guided 1-page meditation script.
Yoga mats and blankets available for use but please feel free to bring your own for comfort.
Session is limited to 20 participants to allow for relaxation and comfort.
