Please join us at the De Pere Community Center for a transformative Crystal Bowl Sound Bath session and discover healing through music, meditation, and sound vibrations for the ultimate mind, body, and spirit experience. This month's theme is 'Transition'
Price is $23 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow for ultimate comfort.
