The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when and where healing of the mind and body starts to begin.
Please join us for this spiritual 'Purification and Renewal ’ sound bath session set to relaxing background meditation music for the ultimate mind, body, and spirit experience.
Yoga mats and light blankets available, however, please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
