Life, family, personal situations, and the changing of seasons can leave us feeling drained, tired, and low on energy.
Join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and experience how meditation can help you reconnect with yourself to heal, balance, and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
Price is $20 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
