Inner child work can be a powerful tool for healing and personal growth. n order to start healing you need to acknowledge and listen to your inner child. Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and let yourself experience those feelings instead of pushing them away.
Infused with meditation music and Heart Chakra Crystal Sound Bowl.
Price is $21 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
