Join us for a fun, relaxing Halloween-themed meditation session with kitties led by Inner Dimensions Wellness! 

Cats are Masters of Meditation! Whether it’s sitting motionless, gazing for hours or using their purring abilities to effectuate calm and relieve stress.  They maintain an alpha mode throughout most of their waking hours – we humans call it our “Zen Zone”. Enjoy a relaxing hour while the kitties at Safe Haven roam about, delighting us with their presence. 

Attendees are welcome to arrive in your coziest Halloween PJ’s, or simple costumes- but *nothing that could scare our cats* (I.e. masks). Bring a blanket or pillow from home or use ones provided. Yoga mats will also be available, though you may bring your own.
