The sound and vibration of Crystal bowl instruments have been proven to reduce stress tension and create a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing of the mind and body begins.
Please join us for this ‘Autumn Equinox' sound bath session and discover healing through music, meditation, and sound vibrations for the ultimate mind, body, and spirit experience.
Price is $20 per session and registration due by 9/17/25. Limited yoga mats and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
