You are invited to join us for a relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Meditation Healing event at Village of Suamico Town Hall.
This month's theme is ‘The Divine Feminine’ and is accompanied by soothing meditation music.
The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins.
Limited yoga mats and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
