Please join us at the De Pere Community Center for a transformative Crystal Bowl Sound Bath session and discover healing through music, meditation, and sound vibrations for the ultimate mind, body, and spirit experience. This month's theme is 'Letting Go'
Price is $23 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow for ultimate comfort.
