About the event
How does meditation help you sleep? The effect is two-fold —both physical and mental. Releasing tension or tightness in the body will help you get to sleep. By focusing your attention on relaxing each part of your body, you’re also taking your mind off the worries, fears, anxieties, painful memories, and other thoughts that are the enemies of sleep.
Participants will receive a disposable warming eye mask and small gift bag. Yoga mats available for use, however, please feel free to bring your and a pillow for comfort.
Session is limited to 20 participants to allow for relaxation and comfort. Price is $20 and pre-registration is required by Wednesday, October 26th.
