About the event
There are seven main chakras in the body. They represent not only a particular part of our body, but also a part of our consciousness. When out of alignment, we may feel overwhelmed, depressed, and even become sick.
Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and help bring your entire energy system back into a state of balance and peace.
Price is $20 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
