Chakras are invisible energy centers that govern the life force/prana/vital energy in our bodies and are influenced by our emotional mental and physical well-being. Come join us for this 8 session series as we dive into and explore the 7 main Chakras and provide an overview of additional Chakras!

Each session includes handouts of specific Chakra with detailed information a fun quiz mudra activity reflection questions foods to nourish crystals to unblock essential oils to balance positive affirmations to heal action steps and a brief meditation. Join us for 1 session or all 8! Sessions are on Saturdays from 6-7pm and are $20 per session.

Session 1

The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is the 1st Chakra in the energy body and is located at the base of the spine. It is all about meeting our basic primal needs such as good health connection to mother earth feeling supported and finding stability in the physical world. Come join us as we explore and learn all about this 1st Chakra!
