Chakras are invisible energy centers that govern the life force/prana/vital energy in our bodies and are influenced by our emotional mental and physical well-being. Come join us for this 8 session series as we dive into and explore the 7 main Chakras and provide an overview of additional Chakras!
Each session includes handouts of specific Chakra with detailed information a quiz, mudra activity, reflection questions, foods to nourish, crystals to unblock, essential oils to balance, affirmations and mantras, mini meditation, and more.
Join us for 1 session or all 8! Sessions are on Saturdays from 6-7pm and are $20 per session.
