You are invited to join us for a relaxing Crystal Bowl Sound Healing event at Inward Bound, 1641 Commanche Ave - Suite D (Adjacent to Turtle Island Gifts).
The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins. This month's theme is ‘The Divine Feminine’ and is accompanied by soothing meditation music.
July's theme is ‘The Journey of the Lotus ~ Resilience and Transformation’ and is accompanied by soothing meditation music.
