Crystal Bowl Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses powerful resonance and vibrations produced by singing bowls.  Made from pure quartz crystal, the beautiful tones emitted may help release muscle tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of harmony from within. 

Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and enjoy a sound bowl healing journey session to enhance relaxation, heal chakra imbalances, and promote tranquility.  

Price is $21 per session.  Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
