About the event
The sound and vibration of Crystal bowls and musical instruments reduces stress, tension, and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing of the mind and body starts to begin.
Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and enjoy relaxing and healing musical themed ‘Renewal and Rebirth’ crystal sound bowl session.
Price is $21 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
