About the event
Finding your authentic self involves learning who you truly are at your core. The real you, the person you can be if nothing holds you back. Please join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and discover discover how to turn your attention inward and connect with your authentic self. Price is $20 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
