Cats are Masters of Meditation! Whether it's sitting motionless, gazing for hours or using their purring abilities to effectuate calm and relieve stress. They maintain an alpha mode throughout most of their waking hours - we humans call it our "Zen Zone". 

Come join us for a fun, relaxing hour while the kitties at Safe Haven roam about, delighting us with their presence. 70% of ticket sales are donated by Inner Dimensions Wellness to Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary!! 

Yoga mats and blankets will be available, though you may bring your own!
