Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin and is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is a subtle and effective form of energy transfer using spiritually guided life force energy to promote healing through palms of hands at Chakra points and Meridians. This helps restore physical, mental and emotional well-being for others and ourselves.

Reiki is guided by the Higher Intelligence and utilizes the powers of the universal life force energy that surrounds us in our lives.  As a Reiki Master, I allow the energy to guide me to where the healing needs to occur as it has its own innate wisdom and your body directs the energy where it is most needed.
