The sound and vibration of Crystal bowls reduces stress, tension, and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing of the mind and body starts to begin. In this session we combine 'Healing Your Inner Child' meditation and sound bowl healing.

Many of us carry wounds from childhood that affect us today. The good news is, even though the past can’t be changed, we can relate to the past in new ways as an adult when it appears in the present.
