Trees symbolize wisdom, stability, shelter, growth, and renewal. They set a beautiful example of gracefully weathering what mother nature unleashes.
Join us at the De Pere Community Center & Recreation and discover how using our senses, we can tune into trees to help ground ourselves, deepening our foundation and easing our journey.
Price is $20 per session. Limited yoga mats, bolsters, and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow.
